These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by private customers through the PLANNOV INDUSTRIES webshop.

PRICES
All prices displayed in the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise clearly stated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are shown before the order is submitted.
ORDERS
When you place an order through the webshop, you will receive confirmation that the order has been received.
Please check the information in your order and contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment may be processed by an external payment provider. The payment provider's own terms and privacy information may also apply to the processing of the payment.
The total amount, including shipping and other applicable charges, will be shown before you authorize payment.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout using the available delivery method selected for the order.
Estimated delivery times shown by the webshop or delivery provider are estimates unless a specific delivery time has expressly been agreed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a private customer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must clearly notify us within the withdrawal period.

RETURNING AN ITEM
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the item must be returned within the applicable return period.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
The item should be securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage during return shipping.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect an item in the same way as you reasonably would in a physical shop.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any reduction in its value in accordance with applicable law.
REFUNDS
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, payments covered by the right of withdrawal will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
A refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or you have supplied appropriate evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by law.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances specified by applicable consumer law.
This may include, for example, certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized for the customer.
Where an exception applies to a product, this will be communicated where required.
DEFECTIVE GOODS & COMPLAINTS
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are not limited by these terms.
